I’m Ana

I’m a mental health practitioner, intuitive plant medicine guide, and energy healer. My passion is helping you heal, reconnect with your authentic self, and step into a life of balance, purpose, and joy.

My journey began with my own healing — moving from Romania across Europe, navigating divorce, loss, and the deep wounds of childhood trauma. Hitting rock bottom became my turning point.

For over 15 years, I’ve studied and practised holistic healing — from plant medicines and energy work to shamanic traditions and past life regression with renowned teacher Brian Weiss. Along the way, I learned that true transformation happens when we integrate our shadows, reclaim our self-worth, and reconnect with the wisdom within us.

Through my services and handmade herbal remedies, I offer you the same support, tools, and care that transformed my own life — so you can step into your most authentic, empowered, and peaceful self.

My Story

My healing journey began two decades ago, when I moved from my homeland, Romania, to Italy. I genuinely believed that moving to a new country would stop the inner pain I felt daily. Little did I know, changing countries wouldn’t change the complex PTSD I was carrying—trauma from growing up in a dysfunctional family with an alcoholic and abusive father.

I married at 18, and from that union came the most beautiful gift life could offer: my daughter. I divorced at 22, moved to the UK at 30, remarried at 33, and divorced again just six months later.

It may sound like a joke, but I assure you, it is not.

The breakdown of my second marriage was the most painful chapter of my life, and it was when I truly hit rock bottom. That moment marked my awakening—I realized I could no longer live the way I had been. I had to take control of my life and begin again.

I began to take my healing journey seriously—by exploring plant medicines, undergoing therapy, taking self-help courses, enrolling at university, completing a shamanic and energy healing training, and even traveling to New York to train with Brian Weiss, a bestselling author and psychotherapist, in past life regression. My hunger for healing was so deep that I immersed myself in various holistic practices for more than eight years.

During this time, I learned countless lessons—about trust, betrayal, vulnerability, discernment, and building emotional resilience. I rekindled the inner fire within me and developed a stronger sense of self.

I also learned the power of reaching out for help, the significance of sacred rituals, and the ancient traditions that helped me reconnect with my ancestral roots. Through these experiences, I discovered that healing becomes far more effortless when we do it in the company of a conscious, supportive community.

It was during this journey that I reconnected with who I truly am, what is vital to my life, and what I need to thrive. I travelled to different countries for healing opportunities, invested thousands of pounds in training, and even accumulated significant debt in the process.

Healing the wounds of childhood abuse was undeniably difficult, but the hardest lesson I learned ( through failed relationships) was reclaiming my sense of self-worth. Years of emotional neglect and abuse left deep marks that continued to run the show in the background of my life.

Once I learned how to integrate my shadow aspects and take full accountability for my healing, things shifted dramatically.

I realized that healing is not a one-time event—it’s a lifelong journey of letting go, transforming, and becoming the person who lives with integrity, authenticity, and a deep commitment to reaching her highest potential every single day.

Reclaiming my ancestral lineage and embodying the wisdom that has always been within me has been the most significant teaching of my life.

My prayer and intention is that through my work, services, and products, I can support you in rediscovering your true self, shedding outdated mindsets or limiting beliefs, and stepping into the abundant, fulfilled life that you truly deserve.
